Personal training sessions

These sessions are all about meeting your individual needs. First, you’ll be assessed so we can find out exactly what it is you are expecting from the sessions and what you want to achieve. The sessions will then be tailored to fit you as you work towards your desired results. The sessions are for anyone, no matter what their schedule. They can be adapted to fit into your daily life at a time that suits you - with baby, without baby, in the gym, at home or in the park. The session can also be shared with a friend as a ‘buddy-session’ if you want someone to work out with, and we’ll be on-hand to answer any questions you may have.

These sessions are all about your individual needs, and are for anyone, no matter what their schedule.

 
Group sessions

The group sessions will involve cardio and strength exercises in the park with your baby in a pushchair. It will involve a brisk walk to get the heart pumping, as well as stops by park benches to do the different strength exercises, ensuring you get a full body work out. You’ll warm up, work out, cool down and stretch. After the session you’ll have the chance to chat to the other mums and have a coffee in the park’s café. These sessions are ideal for anyone with a baby, providing a chance to both work out and socialise. There’s also the added benefit that you won’t have to worry about finding a babysitter – your baby can come along and watch mummy exercise.

Virtual training - personal training online

These sessions are like personal training sessions, but you’ll be coached by a personal trainer online instead of meeting in person to work out. These sessions includes assessment of your food and physical state, as well as your goals and expectations. You’ll receive tailored food advice and a personal training program, coaching, and the opportunity to ask questions by email 24 hours a day (excluding weekends). The benefits from virtual training are that you can exercise whenever you want to without having to schedule sessions with a trainer. It also means we can reach out help you, even if you’re outside of our local area, or if you’re apprehensive about hiring a personal trainer. This is also a cheaper option if you’re concerned that personal training sessions are too expensive.

Walks for mums-to-be

These walks are not so much a work out, but more a chance to meet and socialise with other women who are pregnant. We’ll take a walk in the park, get some exercise and grab a coffee afterwards for a chat. These sessions are for all women who are going through pregnancy and want to meet other women in the same situation.
